Because we know that sometimes (and only sometimes) life is not perfect we would like to share a few simple tips to ensure your enjoyment of our products:
Highly detailed laser cut items are, by nature, delicate so please handle your purchase with great care.
Please be patient while we work on your order… good things take time and our promise to you is that each item is made with great attention to detail and the utmost care. Normal orders are filled within 2 weeks, custom and bulk orders may take longer but we will do an upfront estimation with you for such orders.
We have full control over the creation of the wooden elements of your purchase but rely on suppliers for any additional finishing (for example the metal fixtures on earrings or ribbons). Sometimes these items are out-of-stock or discontinued. If this happens, we will find the closest match to substitute it without detracting from the original design. If you are not happy with the change, please do not hesitate to contact us.
If, for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your items and we will do our best to resolve your concerns. Please keep in mind that if delivery costs were part of your purchase or return experience, we will however, not be able to cover these.
