We have full control over the creation of the wooden and leather elements of your purchase but we rely on suppliers for any additional finishing (for example the metal fixtures on earrings, metal press studs or ribbons). Sometimes these products are out-of-stock or discontinued. If this happens, we will find the closest match to substitute it without detracting from the original design.
